We are a multicultural, multigenerational district, and it takes all of us being All In together to carry out our God-given mission of making Christlike disciples in the Kansas City District. 

 

 

 

 

Preparing and Developing Servant-Leaders for ministry is part of our DNA! Our Board of Ministry assists us with guiding, preparing, and ordaining new ministers every year. The district also offers ongoing development opportunities for continuing ministerial education.

 

 

 

 

 

It's easy to recognize the life-force of the Holy Spirit in Vibrant Churches. Warm, authentic, engaged, excited, Gospel-centered, and passionately on-mission. This is the quality of Christian fellowship we are eager to multiply on the Kansas City District.

 

 

 

 

We value Articulating Holiness in word and deed. The hope-filled message that we can experience holiness of heart and life is a centerpoint of our preaching and our living. We joyfully call KCD ministers to preach holiness, and anticipate that our churches will be busy doing the holy work of the Kingdom. 

 

 

 

 

 

There are people all around us who haven't met Jesus. New Churches are part of our strategic plan to reach lost and broken people with the love and hope we have received. We have a dedicated team of church planters who help us discover and serve new areas within our district. 

 

 

 

 

Connecting matters because we are better together. We don't engage in the work of the Kingdom alone! The relationships between fellow churches and ministers on the district offer a richness of community, support, accountability, and joy as we serve the Lord together. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Good News of Jesus isn't meant to be kept to ourselves. The outcome of our shared mission means we are always Embracing our World with Hope. Serving our communities with compassion, ministering outward in such a way that people will know there is a God who loves them and offers them new life.
