Kyle loves God and loves people. He enjoys hiking, running, reading, watching sports, shrimp tacos, good BBQ, and celebrating stories of God’s great grace.

After surrendering his selfishness to Christ, Kyle answered God’s call to ministry as a 19-year old sophomore in college. He has been married to Julie since 1991 and they have two adult sons, Jackson and Kurtis (who is married to Meagan). 

Kyle has served as District Superintendent for the Kansas City District Church of the Nazarene since November 1, 2024. Prior to his current assignment, he served as Georgia District Superintendent (2018-2024), and as a Pastor in South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas. Kyle has also served as a middle-school youth minister, writer, and curriculum editor. 

He is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University (B.S., Business Admin) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and is currently pursuing a D.Min in Ecclesial Mission and Leadership.

Wayne began serving as District Administrator in September 2019. His responsibilities include oversight of District Church Properties, logistics for District Assembly, assisting in pastoral transitions and serving as District Secretary. He has been in Christian ministry for 38 years pastoring in Overland Park, KS , Independence, MO and serving on the district office team. Wayne is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University (B.A. Religion) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.).

Wayne has been married to his wife, Chris, for 38 years and they have three adult children who are all lovers of Jesus. He believes sarcasm is a spiritual gift, and the remote control and mint chip ice cream are two of God's best inventions.

Chris has served as treasurer for the Kansas City District since September 2020. Prior to this role, she served at the Global Ministry Center in a variety of ways utilizing her financial background. She has also worked in the public sector in multiple financial areas. She has earned   two degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and completed post graduate courses.

Chris has partnered with her husband Wayne in ministry for their entire married lives including local, district, and global levels within the Church of the Nazarene. They have three adult children that are all married and a grandson, Jonah.

Rev. Marcos Cisneros, born in Mexico City, has been married to Brenda for 37 years. They have three children and five grandchildren.

He has served as pastor of College Church – Hispanic Ministry for eight years and previously pastored in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, for 20 years.

Pastor Cisneros became the Director of the KCD Multicultural School of Ministry in 2025.

Clark graduated as a Religion major from Olivet Nazarene University and from Nazarene Theological Seminary.  Clark and Connie pastored three churches in the Kansas City area before going to teach at Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in the Philippines, September, 2013.  His churches have planted or sponsored eleven new churches while he was pastoring. He has held many district, regional, and general responsibilities during these years as well.

Clark had been a professor through the Nazarene Bible College Extension from 1989—2010 while pastoring.  In 2010, he received his Doctorate in Education from the University of Kansas. At APNTS, his title was Associate Professor of Pastoral Ministries. Clark was also the Founding Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program.

Clark is married to Connie and they have three grown children and four grandchildren: Scott (Emily) and children, Elijah and Sydney, who serve as missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene on the South America Region; Tim who is a Navy veteran and lives in the Columbia, MO area; and Ashley (Andy Weber) who both are public school teachers in Olathe where they live with their sons Keaton and Bodie.

Clark and Connie returned from the mission field in 2019 and became the pastors in Marshall, MO. Clark continued as a faculty member and D. Min. Director for APNTS through October 1, 2023 and still teaches some for APNTS. While pastoring at Marshall, they have also planted two new Micronesian churches for Pacific Islanders.

Recently in June 2025, Clark retired from pastoring in Marshall and has taken a part time ministry position with the Kansas City District Church of the Nazarene. His title is District Mentor and Love Your Neighbor Liaison (for 2027 General Assembly in Kansas City).

Clark is a longtime Royals season ticket holder, gathers sports collectibles, plays fantasy baseball, and has many other hobbies. He is a numismatist and writes poetry as a side passion. His favorite foods are Barbeque, Cheeseburgers, Fried Chicken, Italian Food, Mexican Food, basically groceries. He likes going for English Tea with Connie very much. He absolutely loves serving the Lord in ministry all the time in every way.

Vicki Copp has been on the KCD Board of Ministry since 2005 and became chair in 2022. She has pastored the Cameron Church of the Nazarene since January 2018. She has also served in associate ministry positions in Midtown, MO, Overland Park, KS and San Diego, CA. She served on the Arizona District as Assistant to the Superintendent for Community and Equipping, and directed their School of Ministry.

Vicki has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, a Master's degree in Theology from Point Loma Nazarene University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary where she served as Director of Supervised Ministry, and is presently a trustee.

Vicki and Dan Copp (deceased) were married for 44 years and have two adult daughters, Mackenzie Wood (Bob) of Cameron and Megan Albaugh (Ryan) of Mesa, AZ. She also has four adorable grandchildren with whom she loves to spend time.

Rebecca has served the district as Director of Connections since February 2024, assisting with communications and district events. In addition to her district role, Rebecca serves as the worship pastor at Nall Avenue Church of the Nazarene in Mission, KS. She is married to Josh, who regularly serves alongside her in music ministry. 
 
Rebecca is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She grew up as a “PK” (Pastor’s Kid) in southern California. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies and a Master of Arts in Religion. She can speak conversational Spanish and enjoys opportunities to share hospitality. Her prior ministry assignments have included worship ministry in various local churches, adjunct teaching at MidAmerica Nazarene University, and marketing for the Church of the Nazarene Foundation. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, visiting with friends and family, and going on walks with her dog, Piper.

My name is Ada Merari García Riley, and I am honored to officially join the Kansas City District office team as the District Missions Executive Assistant. I was born and raised in a Christian family in Tabasco, Mexico, and have been part of the Church of the Nazarene my entire life. I am passionate about serving God and His Church through creativity, communication, and leadership. I completed my bachelor’s degree in graphic design and animation in Mexico, where I gained a strong foundation and experience in visual communication and digital marketing.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of contributing to local, district, field, regional, and global initiatives. My work has included event branding, the editorial design of discipleship and evangelism materials, and leading social media content strategies. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in theology at the Mexican Nazarene Seminary, building on my background in youth leadership studies.

In this new role, I will be providing executive assistance and coordinating ministry efforts focused on Church Planting and Multicultural Congregations. My heart is dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth, and I strive to create meaningful, faith-driven experiences through my work.

I am excited to serve alongside the team and be a part of what God is doing in the Kansas City District!

Deanna serves as the assistant to the District Administrator, helping the KC District with the credentialing and ordination process. She also serves as an adjunct professor at MidAmerica, Trevecca, and Northwest Nazarene Universities, as well as Nazarene Theological Seminary. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University (B.A. in Philosophy/Theology), Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and the University of Manchester/Nazarene Theological College, England (Ph.D. in Wesley Studies).

She is an ordained elder and pastored on the Kansas City District for 15 years. She is married to Ben, who is also ordained and serves as a CPE Supervisor, a hospital chaplain, and a chaplain in the Air Force Reserve. They have two children: Josiah and Hannah. Deanna enjoys preaching, teaching on ministry and leadership, walking their rambunctious dogs Cassie and Tony, and chatting over coffee with friends.
